Terms of Service

By using OnePursuit, you agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use OnePursuit for a company, brand, creator business, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that create safety risk, payment risk, fraud risk, legal exposure, marketplace abuse, or community harm.

OnePursuit provides planning, product discovery, maps, community content, AI assistance, and outdoor context for informational purposes. It does not replace official regulations, landowner permission, professional instruction, emergency services, or your own field judgment.

Hunting, fishing, boating, shooting sports, backcountry travel, tree stand use, wildlife encounters, water access, weather exposure, and equipment use involve inherent risks. You are responsible for verifying conditions, regulations, equipment instructions, and your ability before acting.

REM and other AI features may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect answers. AI outputs are planning aids only and are not legal, medical, emergency, safety-critical, or professional advice.

Map layers, public land references, property boundaries, access points, weather, terrain, and location signals may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are not legal surveys and do not grant access to any property.

Product recommendations, field scores, fit summaries, and rankings are decision-support tools. They do not guarantee performance, safety, legal compliance, results, harvest success, or personal suitability.

Prices, inventory, shipping times, product descriptions, and creator recommendations may change. We work to keep marketplace information accurate, but final order details are confirmed during checkout and fulfillment.

Orders may be fulfilled by OnePursuit, brands, distributors, manufacturers, creators, print-on-demand partners, or other service providers. Shipping, returns, warranties, restrictions, and availability may vary by item and seller.

We may cancel, hold, refund, or review orders because of pricing errors, inventory issues, fraud concerns, payment failure, legal restrictions, shipping limitations, or fulfillment risk.

A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation or refund. Some orders enter warehouse processing, manufacturer fulfillment, or print-on-demand production quickly, and may no longer be cancelable once fulfillment has started.

Do not send products back without written return authorization from OnePursuit or the applicable fulfillment partner. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for credit.

Creator merch, print-on-demand items, personalized goods, and other made-to-order products are produced for a specific order and may have stricter cancellation, exchange, return, or refund limits than standard stocked merchandise.

Once a made-to-order item moves into production, cancellation may not be available unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, lost, or materially different from the listing.

Size, fit, color, placement, and image appearance can vary based on product type, garment batch, print area, and display settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing selected variants, sizes, artwork placement, and shipping information before checkout.

Payment processing is handled by payment providers such as Stripe. You authorize applicable charges, taxes, shipping, subscription fees, add-ons, usage fees, and other amounts shown at checkout or in your plan terms.

Memberships, subscriptions, credits, and usage limits may renew, expire, throttle, or stop based on the plan terms shown when you subscribe or later change your plan. See the Membership Terms for additional subscription details.

Taxes and shipping may be estimated before final calculation. You remain responsible for any legally required tax, duty, or fee not collected at checkout.

Creators and brands are responsible for truthful claims, rights to submitted content, proper disclosures, and compliance with applicable advertising, affiliate, and platform rules.

OnePursuit may review, remove, restrict, or label content that appears unsafe, misleading, infringing, abusive, or inconsistent with marketplace trust.

Free products, paid placements, elevated commissions, referral arrangements, sponsorships, and other material connections must be disclosed clearly wherever required. Sponsored opportunities may require creator acceptance before placement goes live.

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews, field reports, images, product claims, comments, pitches, listings, and profile information. You grant OnePursuit a license to host, display, moderate, analyze, and use that content to operate and improve the service.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, dangerous, or intended to facilitate poaching, trespass, illegal baiting, unlawful weapons use, or unsafe outdoor conduct.

We may remove, label, restrict, or preserve content to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, or maintain marketplace trust.

OnePursuit, REM, platform design, software, workflows, prompts, databases, graphics, and brand assets are owned by OnePursuit or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse them except as allowed by these terms or written permission.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support with enough detail for us to review the issue. We may remove or restrict disputed content while we investigate.

OnePursuit works to make its digital services usable by people with disabilities. If a disability-related barrier prevents access to a core service, contact support so we can investigate and, when appropriate, provide reasonable assistance or an accessible alternative.

The Accessibility page explains how to report a barrier. Nothing in these terms limits accessibility or disability rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

OnePursuit may link to, display, or rely on products, content, maps, data, payment tools, fulfillment providers, artificial-intelligence providers, and other services operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, and accessibility may differ from ours, and OnePursuit does not control their independent conduct.

Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, pilot, or early access may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be discontinued. Do not use a preview feature for emergency, medical, legal, navigation, property-boundary, regulatory, or other safety-critical decisions.

The service is provided as available and as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnePursuit disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnePursuit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for harm arising from outdoor activity, user decisions, third-party products, third-party services, community content, AI output, map data, or fulfillment delays.

Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, OnePursuit's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid directly to OnePursuit for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting, including any liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence to the extent such a limitation is prohibited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to you. Any required consumer rights remain in effect.

You agree to defend and indemnify OnePursuit from claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful conduct, content, product claims, creator or brand activity, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using a court or forum that applicable law requires to remain available.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material updates will be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable account or site notices.

OnePursuit is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, outages, carrier or supplier failures, labor disputes, government action, war, terrorism, civil disorder, or widespread internet or infrastructure disruption.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without OnePursuit's written consent. OnePursuit may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Membership Terms, Disclosures, Shipping and Returns policy, Outdoor Safety and Liability notice, and any transaction-specific terms presented to you, form the agreement governing your use of the applicable service.
