Shipping and Returns

Shipping options, costs, carriers, handling time, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout when available. Estimates can change because of inventory, address validation, carrier rates, seller location, weather, holidays, payment review, or fulfillment constraints.

Some products may ship from OnePursuit, brands, distributors, manufacturers, creators, print-on-demand partners, or other fulfillment providers. A single order may arrive in multiple packages or shipments.

If a seller funds, discounts, or subsidizes shipping, that benefit may apply only to eligible products from that seller. Platform-funded shipping offers may have minimums, exclusions, and budget limits.

OnePursuit may review orders before fulfillment to confirm inventory, pricing, shipping, restricted item eligibility, fraud risk, and seller routing.

We may cancel or refund orders that cannot be fulfilled, include a material pricing or inventory error, fail payment or fraud checks, violate law or platform policy, or cannot be shipped to the provided address.

If you need to cancel or change an order, submit a cancellation request from the order page or contact support as soon as possible. We will check fulfillment status before confirming whether cancellation or refund is available.

If an order has already moved into warehouse processing, manufacturer fulfillment, print-on-demand production, or shipment, cancellation may be unavailable and support will route the issue through the applicable return, warranty, damage, or exception process.

Return eligibility may vary by item type, product condition, manufacturer restrictions, and fulfillment partner. Unused standard products are generally easier to return than personalized, made-to-order, or final-sale products.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact support with the order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Do not mail products back until OnePursuit or the applicable fulfillment partner provides return authorization and instructions. Items returned without authorization may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for credit.

Refunds may exclude original shipping, return shipping, restocking fees, payment processing fees, or taxes where allowed and disclosed. Refund timing depends on review, seller processing, and payment provider timelines.

Creator merch, print-on-demand products, personalized products, consumables, attractants, safety-sensitive gear, regulated products, clearance items, and opened or used goods may have stricter cancellation, return, or refund rules.

Made-to-order items may enter production shortly after purchase. Once production begins, cancellation may not be available unless the product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the listing.

For print-on-demand and creator merch, buyer remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, and incorrect customer-provided shipping information may not qualify for free return, replacement, or refund once production begins.

Fit, color, packaging, and placement can vary slightly across production batches. We still expect products to meet a reasonable quality standard.

Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items promptly with your order number, photos of the item, photos of packaging, and any visible shipping label or tracking information.

Keep the product, box, packing material, and shipping label until support confirms the next step. Some fulfillment partners require this evidence before a carrier claim, replacement, credit, or refund can be reviewed.

Warranty issues after product use may need to be handled by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and may require direct manufacturer support. OnePursuit may help route the issue, but manufacturer warranty decisions are not always controlled by OnePursuit.
