OnePursuit Trust
Membership Terms
These terms explain how OnePursuit plans, credits, usage limits, renewals, and paid features should work.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Memberships may include access to REM, scout analysis, map intelligence, shop assistance, creator tools, manufacturer tools, product optimizer credits, demos, support levels, discounts, or other features shown in the plan.
Daily, monthly, or campaign-based limits may apply. When a limit is reached, a feature may warn, throttle, stop, switch to a lower-cost mode, or require additional credits or an upgraded plan.
Plan features and limits may change over time. We will not intentionally remove a paid core feature during an active billing period without a reasonable replacement, credit, or notice where required.
Paid memberships may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize OnePursuit and its payment provider to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, add-ons, usage fees, and credit purchases.
When you cancel a recurring membership, the cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your paid access remains available until that period ends, and the subscription should not renew after the cancellation date unless you reactivate or purchase a new plan.
If you change plans, Stripe or another payment provider may prorate, credit, charge, or schedule the change based on the checkout or billing-portal terms shown at the time of the change. OnePursuit will use the billing provider's subscription status, period end, cancellation flag, and invoice state as the billing record of truth.
Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or stated in the offer. Trials, promotional pricing, annual plans, and add-ons may have separate terms shown when you sign up.
If a payment fails, a plan becomes past due, or a subscription is canceled or ends, OnePursuit may limit paid features after any grace period or billing-provider retry window.
Credits may be used for features such as product optimization, AI-heavy analysis, campaign planning, or other metered tools. Credits may expire, be limited to certain features, or be non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
To prevent runaway costs and abuse, OnePursuit may apply spending caps, rate limits, approval queues, batch limits, preview modes, or manual review before high-cost runs execute.
Manufacturer or admin product optimizer outputs are decision-support drafts. Brands remain responsible for claim substantiation, advertising compliance, labels, warranties, pricing, and final publication.
Membership access is intended for the account holder or authorized team users under the applicable plan. Do not resell access, share credentials broadly, scrape outputs, automate abuse, or use the service to generate misleading or unlawful content.
We may suspend or restrict usage that creates security risk, payment risk, excessive cost, legal exposure, platform instability, or harm to users, creators, brands, or landowners.
Except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, membership fees, credits, add-ons, and usage fees may be non-refundable once access or processing has begun.
If a material paid feature is unavailable for an extended period because of OnePursuit's systems, we may provide a reasonable credit, extension, workaround, or refund at our discretion or as required by law.
