Accessibility

OnePursuit wants buyers, creators, partners, and outdoor community members to be able to use its digital services.

Our Approach

We work to make OnePursuit usable with assistive technologies and different ways of navigating, reading, listening to, and interacting with digital content. Accessibility is ongoing work, especially as products, content, and third-party integrations change.

We do not claim that every page, document, video, map, third-party service, or newly released feature is free from every accessibility barrier. We prioritize barriers that prevent access to account functions, product information, purchasing, support, and other core services.

Request Help or Report a Barrier

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from using OnePursuit, contact support through the Contact Us page. Describe the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and your preferred way for us to respond. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the barrier and, when appropriate, provide the information, transaction, or support through an accessible alternative while a correction is evaluated.

Third-Party Content

Some product media, maps, payment tools, videos, documents, and partner services are provided by third parties. OnePursuit does not control every part of those services, but accessibility problems involving a third-party experience can still be reported to us so we can evaluate an alternative, escalate the issue, or improve how the service is presented.

No Waiver of Rights

This statement describes OnePursuit's accessibility process. It does not limit any accessibility or disability rights available under applicable law.
