If you choose to use location-aware features, we may process locations, regions, saved spots, map interactions, route or scouting context, weather requests, and related field notes. Exact sensitive locations should be used carefully and may be generalized for community or partner-facing surfaces.

AI features may process prompts, uploaded context, product information, search terms, and relevant account or plan context to generate responses and improve routing, safety, cost controls, and product quality.

Payment card data is handled by Stripe. OnePursuit stores payment status and Stripe identifiers, not full card numbers.

We use information to operate the marketplace, personalize recommendations, process orders, provide support, prevent abuse, measure performance, and help creators and brands understand aggregate demand signals.

We use location, product, community, and commerce signals to power planning tools, saved gear, REM responses, product matching, creator recommendations, sponsorship opportunities, fraud prevention, fulfillment, analytics, and safety controls.

We may use de-identified, aggregated, or campaign-level insights to help OnePursuit, creators, brands, and manufacturers understand demand, product interest, regional trends, and marketplace performance.

We share information with service providers such as hosting, analytics, payments, fulfillment, support, and security tools when needed to provide the service.

We may share order, shipping, support, campaign, or creator-brand workflow information with the parties needed to fulfill an order, process a payment, evaluate a sponsorship, provide customer support, or operate a creator or manufacturer tool.

We do not sell personal information. Sponsored, creator, manufacturer, and product reporting should use aggregate, anonymized, or campaign-level data unless a user has clearly authorized sharing or the sharing is needed for the transaction or relationship they requested.

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, improve search and recommendations, attribute campaigns, and understand product performance.

Marketing emails and promotional messages can be unsubscribed from where required. Operational messages about orders, security, subscriptions, support, payments, or policy changes may still be sent.

We keep information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, order records, tax and accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, safety investigations, and product improvement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect passwords, devices, and account access.

You can update account details, request support, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and request deletion where legally available.

Some operational records, such as payment, fraud, tax, security, or audit logs, may need to be retained for compliance and dispute handling.

OnePursuit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Users should avoid posting exact stand locations, private access points, sensitive wildlife locations, gate codes, home addresses, or other information that could create safety, privacy, trespass, or resource-pressure risk.
