Most payment issues are caused by card authorization, browser checkout state, billing address mismatch, or a payment method blocked by the card issuer. OnePursuit does not store full card numbers; checkout and payment authorization are handled by Stripe.
Customer steps
1. Confirm the billing ZIP/postal code matches the card issuer record.
2. Try the payment again once. Avoid repeated attempts if your bank is declining the authorization.
3. If available, try another card or payment method.
4. Check whether the order or subscription appears in your OnePursuit account before starting a new checkout.
5. If your bank shows a pending authorization but OnePursuit does not show an order, contact support with the checkout time, email address, and last four digits of the card only.
When to contact your bank
Contact the card issuer if Stripe reports the card was declined, the bank requires verification, or the authorization fails before OnePursuit receives the order.
What support can check
- Whether OnePursuit received the checkout completion event.
- Whether an order or subscription was created.
- Whether a pending authorization is tied to a failed checkout.
- Whether you should retry checkout or wait for an authorization to fall off.
Security note
Never send your full card number, CVV, bank login, or one-time passcode to OnePursuit support. Support may ask for order email, checkout time, order number, and the last four digits of the payment method.
