Why variants matter
Some products have several sizes, colors, models, lengths, or other SKU options. The selected variant controls what is added to cart, what price applies, and what fulfillment source may be used.
Before adding to cart
1. Open the product page.
2. Review every required variant selector.
3. Confirm the image, price, availability, and label match the item you want.
4. Add the selected variant to cart.
5. Open the cart and confirm the cart line shows the correct option.
If the cart looks wrong
Remove the item and add it again after selecting the correct variant. If the cart still shows the wrong SKU, contact support with the product page, selected variant, and cart result.
Support note
Variant issues are launch-critical because the buyer can receive the wrong item if product grouping or SKU mapping is wrong.
